Michael is employed as Principal Consultant and has a broad range of experience within the fields of health and safety, food hygiene, environmental protection and waste management.  Michael had eleven years experience as a local authority enforcement officer prior to becoming the Company Environmental Health Officer for a national hotel group.  He currently specialises health and safety consultancy with a large commercial property management company.
