Adele Partridge is a Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner with over 10 years broad-based health and safety experience associated with manufacturing, clay quarries, education, railways and a large variety of SME’s in the public and private sectors.  Adele has been responsible for co-ordinating a wide range of health and safety projects and implementing safety management systems to promote best practice for employers to comply with legislation.  In addition to audit inspections and report writing, Adele has hands-on experience of carrying out specific risk assessments such as manual handling, fire, display screen equipment and noise.  Following on from initial assessments with individual companies, Adele has experience of  identifying, designing and delivering bespoke in-house training courses so that health and safety information can be shared between all employees and thus accidents or lost time can be reduced.  Adele is a registered IOSH Trainer with a history of successful pass rates as a lecturer of health and safety certificated courses.
